Who we are
Seaside is involved in the purchasing and storing precious metals on behalf of our customers as well as providing ancillary services to assist our customers to create a new financial or personal base in Hong Kong and/or Dubai for them or their family . We are committed to providing an unrivalled personal service for our customers while prioritising the security and privacy of the data we handle.

Seaside have considered the requirements of Article 37 of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR and has determined that, based on its current processing activities, it is not currently required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. Seaside have nevertheless appointed a PC to coordinate its data protection compliance and act as the central point of contact for data protection matters. Seaside will keep this determination under review and will appoint a Data Protection Officer where required by applicable Data Protection Laws.
